Traveling home Sunday from a long weekend, LURED to a great place in Black Mountain for a completely unexpected evening w/ great people, incredible pizza (Brick Ovens are the only way to go!)!! I just ate a leftover slicer of Scarface this morning and
could still taste the brick oven baked pizza dough; can honestly say, today's taste rivals last nights' delicious experience: THANKS!

Absolutely the best wood fired pizza you will EVER eat!

I recently ate @ Fresh; it was easily one of the best ever. Service was prompt and cheerful. I can't wait to take my mate.

Our family had the good fortune of finding your restaurant on a recent visit and we loved the food! The fresh, warm bread was out of this world as was the dipping sauce. All of the pizzas we tried were outstanding, but the one I'm going to be craving until
my next visit is the pear, carmalized onion and bleu cheese one! What a symphony of sweet and savory!! See you in a couple of months! keep the woodfires burning!!!

What an incredible treat we now know as Fresh. Pizza crust that is as tasty as the pizza toppings which, by themselves, are absolutely delicious...? A great "adult beverage" selection, a staff that makes you feel like family, salads that are meals all
by themselves, and did I mention the crust... This pizza lover makes a point of avoiding the crust - at Fresh, the crust must be eaten to be believed. Try the Bruschetta appetizer to start, and then on to the pizza. "Ottimo cibo, grande popolo, divertiti."

Best sandwiches in Black Mountain -- so flavorful, unique, and reasonably priced! I savored every bite. Definitely try it out!

I have never had authentic Italian pie in the U.S. from a restaurant. This is hands down the best pie I have had outside of Lucca Italy where we made it in an avocado wood fire stove in a family villa...... and the tiramisu was heavenly!

FRESH is the perfect name for this new restaurant in Black Mountain which serves the best pizza I have ever tasted. The homemade crusts and absolutely fresh toppings cooked in an awesome ood fired oven result in perfection. The soups and pasta dishes are also extradinarily delicious.

I just had lunch at FRESH and am blown away. One of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. I can't wait to go back.

Havn't had pizza this good in 40 years. This is like pizza used to be. The best way to eat it is to sit down in the warm inviting atmosphere. Loved it all. Thanks and good luck on your new restaurant. Will definitely be back on a regular basis.
