A Word About Gluten Free:
Our youngest daughter developed a gluten intolerance
early in life and has been eating gluten free ever since. At FRESH, we
intend to provide a variety of options for those with digestive and
dietary challenges. All our gluten-free products are produced off-site
to prevent cross-contamination. We
are careful that gluten-free items are cooked or prepared in their own
designated dishes. However, we cannot guarantee that they have not been
contaminated with some flour essence. Persons with gluten intolerance
and celiac disease should inform their servers and understand the limitations of the options we offer.
