At least once a week, we venture out to the local farms to hand select ingredients. Why? Because farmers are the heart of FRESH\u2019s food source: they produce products that are often organic, richer in nutrients and tastier on your plate. Carefully choosing our ingredients has always been one of our favorite parts of cooking.<\/p>\n
By eating food that\u2019s produced locally, you\u2019re doing more than just supporting FRESH and local businesses. Collectively we are saving energy by reducing long transport. We are reducing our carbon footprint. We\u2019re energizing our local economy. And more importantly, you\u2019re eating food that\u2019s at its peak of freshness.
